We met one of the clients who was having their account on the XXXXXX.com and one day he wakes up and see that an email saying your web hosting account is cancelled and you will not be able to retrieve any data from the server. Now what you were gone think?

I asked the same question to my self, and I reply, being into the Web Hosting industry you can not, you have either give them some time or even download the whole data and suspend their server or best ask them to revert back to you or give them a call so you can help them to resove what ever the issue. 

If you delete the whole data and server...it is like making someone's life miserable. Thanks we had the backup for that particular client and we have restored them in less than 24 hours. So do contact us if you are looking for external backups,.....
