If you don't remember your current password, you cannot use the normal Change Password option.

You can try the Microsoft 365 password reset page:
https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

Your organization must have Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) enabled for you to reset your own password. If self-service password reset is not enabled, Microsoft will direct you to contact your administrator.

If you are unable to reset your password, please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator or support team.

What If I Don't See "Change Password"?

If the Change Password option is not available, your organization's Microsoft 365 administrator may have restricted password changes or configured the account differently.

In this situation, please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator or support team.

Microsoft notes that the availability of account settings, including password changes, depends on how the organization has configured Microsoft 365.

Important: Changing Your Password May Require You to Sign In Again

After changing your password, some Microsoft 365 applications and devices may ask you to authenticate again.

If you use Microsoft Authenticator or another MFA method, your authentication method generally remains associated with your account; changing your password does not mean that you need to create a completely new Microsoft 365 account.
